Wow, did you make out! I love their ground round that's seasoned for tacos

and burritos, and use it a lot of different ways, especially for taco salad.

The plain is great too for a soya stroganoff or shepherd's pie. I have also

used the Smart BBQ with cheddar cheese in quesadillas, and that might be a

way to stretch it for a family. They were good. In fact, I think I'll put

that on my list for next week's shopping!

 

It's funny, I usually have the opposite problem. It's hard to find things

packaged for a single person! I divide the ground round into two and freeze

them, and then only have to take out half at a time. When I first got

divorced, I bought a lot of containers that would hold single servings, some

that

are just for the freezer, and some that are for both freezer and oven or

microwave. It was a good investment for me, as I can cook a big batch of

something, and put some in the freezer for later instead of eating the same

thing for

four days running.
