My older nephew is the only non veg in the family and he is in Nashville. He

writes all the time about this restaurant. I wish there was one out here

I will gladly try your tempeh recipe! And any others. I really, really

WANT to enjoy tempeh... I really did find it much more palatable in

the lasagna, because it was ground up. I am hopeful to find more

recipes I can try it in! =)
