Please give it another try. Did you lookl in our

tempeh recipe folder? I posted some good ones in

there. I know how you feel, the first time I opened a

package I was ready to run and I hated the taste, you

just need some good recipes. I love it now. Try my

linguine and no clam sauce recipe.

Picture yourself in a boat on a river,

With tangerine trees and marmalade skies

Somebody calls you, you answer quite slowly,

A girl with kaleidoscope eyes.

I will gladly try your tempeh recipe! And any others. I really, really

WANT to enjoy tempeh... I really did find it much more palatable in

the lasagna, because it was ground up. I am hopeful to find more

recipes I can try it in! =)

Steaming it plumps it up and you can crumple it. It

doesn't have the musty scent once it gets out of the

plastic vacuum package and you cook it up. It was

such an ugly moldy looking mess that I really had to

work hard and cook it up many times before I found

just the right way to enjoy it. I think you will find

the recipes worth trying.

Let us know.
