Andes Crème De Menthe Cookies - Andes Mint Cookies Recipe

From recipezaar #95863

I found this recipe on the back of Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips. I

made a few small changes and am really pleased with the results! These

cookies taste very similar to the Girl Scouts Thin Mint Cookies! by

Here is the mint cookie recipe that my sis made over christmas. I will be

making these tomorrow or the next day just to be sure. but from what she

told me when I was talking to her that day. this is the exact recipe. This

is it and I know that only becuase she complained about having to not throw

everything in at once like she usually does.. LOL; I wonder if this would

work with my red mint chips. mmmm
