Guest guest
When we make an Italian " Meatball " Sub, I use the Tender Rounds http://www.kelloggs.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=257 & company=41 . I drain them from the gravy they are in and mix them with spagetti sauce and add some extra oregano, garlic and basil. I simmer them or bake them. Then I spoon them onto Whole Wheat Sub Roll andsprinkle with grated Mozzerella Cheese and cover with the top of the sub roll. It is very yummy. Great with a nice veggie loaded tossed salad on the side.
