buffalo tofu...it was fabulous. Lightly fried, and really tangy.

When I fry tofu, I use cornstarch, or panko. Has anyone made the

buffalo-style or any other tangy, spicy tofu? What do you coat with??

I get their honey sesame tofu all the time - it is great!
