Thank You Carolyn.... Recipe Review - Chef Elle's Onion Salsa Soup

Hi Carolyn,

 

I am so pleased you enjoyed my soup recipe. I know that who ever I have made

it for has asked for seconds and the recipe so I figured some people out there

in cyberland might like it too.

 

I submitted it to a recipe contest just before Christmas and won first prize.

Another set of cookbooks...LOL.

Because there were no measurements for the salsa and juice, I just used a

litre carton of tomato juice, and two jars of salsa, because they were not

very big, but they were hot, which has given the soup a real kick :-).

Guess what I am taking for my lunch at work tomorrow :-). Which is great,

because I don’t have to try to think of something to make :-).
