Guest guest Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 Oh my goodness, this is FABULOUS!!! I made it yesterday and it was so good, I can’t even describe it – and SO easy to make. This, along with yellow submarine soup, will definitely be made again and again and again. My brother said it was the best soup he has ever tasted, better than any home-made or bought soup he has ever tasted or anything served in the best of restaurants! Because there were no measurements for the salsa and juice, I just used a litre carton of tomato juice, and two jars of salsa, because they were not very big, but they were hot, which has given the soup a real kick :-). Guess what I am taking for my lunch at work tomorrow :-). Which is great, because I don’t have to try to think of something to make :-). Thanks so much for sharing it with us Ellen, I can’t wait for some more Chef Elle recipes :-). I am also sharing your fabulous dressing recipes with my vegetarian mastercook group at the moment as the theme this week is dressings :-).
