Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 Just some diced veggies (1 med onion, 2 carrots, 1 red potato, 2 garlic cloves, approx 2 c chickpeas, 8 big white mushrooms, quartered) and a big spoonful of store-bought tikki masala paste. Banged it all in the crockpot & it smells pretty good but it's not saucy enough yet. If it hasn't thickened up by morning I'm going to add some pureed white beans. I'm really happy with the rice. The double batch made enough for 4 lunches, 1 1/2 cups for DH for this coming week and 1 c in the freezer.
