Persian Dressing

 

1 c sugar, or sugar substitute

1 t salt

1 t pepper

1 t paprika

1 T worcestershire sauce, vegetarian

1 can tomato soup, reduced sodium

1/2 c vinegar, Japanese rice vinegar unseasoned

1 1/2 c salad oil, or olive oil

2 T grated onion

 

 

 

 

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with wire whisk or mixer. Keep in refrigerator.

Shake well before

using.

 

Yield: 5 cups

ChupaNote: start out with 1/2 cup sugar (I preferred the brown sugar), and work

your way up. Yes,

it is a sweet dressing.
