Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 @@@@@ Hearts of Palm Spread 2 cloves Organic Garlic 2 cans Hearts of Palm, drained (14 ounces) 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or more to taste Smash garlic with the flat side of a chef's knife to peel. Place in a food process and process to a paste. Add hearts of palm and process to a rough puree. With motor running, drizzle in oil in a thin stream until mixture forms a fluffy, velvety puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 4 cups (approx.)
