pescatarians labels and fine print and a link

It's a way with words isn't it? If it's meatless they

are right in a sense if the label has fish because the

label didn't state vegetarian or vegan. I read

everything too. I work with a few people that tell me

they made a vegetarian dish and yet it was cooked with

chicken broth. I have several vegetarian cookbooks and

yet they have seafood recipes. I think fish is

usually the last thing a person gives up before

becoming vegetarian. AJ owns the one and only

pescatarian recipe group on , it's been very

successful, almost every member in there is on the

vegetarian path but still eating a little fish now and

then.

I will post the link just in case we have newbies who

are still pescatarians.
