Guest guest Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 Some of the thigs I always keep in my pantry: split peas lentils (green or brown, red, pardina, black beluga) brown rice pearl rice dry soy milk (Better Than Milk brand) dry beans: garbanzo, black, navy, kidney dry black-eyed peas corn meal whole wheat flour unbleached flour dry whole wheat pasta canned garbanzo beans canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, paste honey molasses sugar, brown and turbinado nutrirional yeast oatmeal dry cereal tea coffee dried cherries raisins walnuts pecans almonds peanut butter baking powder baking soda Braggs Liquid Aminos vinegar: Balsamic, apple cider, mixed herb, rice wine olive oil canola oil barley dried mushroom herbs and spices (this could get quite long *smile*) I'm sure I'm leaving something out. As you can see, I keep a rather well-stocked pantry. I didn't even include all the things I can, such as salsa, pickles, jam, etc. Now if you want to know what I keep in my refrigerator, that would be another list.
