Hi Melanie:

Welcome to the group. I'm Joanie and I live in the Tri-Cities in WA State.

We're neighbors. I have friends in Portland, Bend and Corvallis too. A

daughter who lives in Pendleton. I'm a great grandmother who loves to cook and

collect recipes. Be sure and check the archives for all the good recipes.

I'm a brand new member, and a brand new vegetarian.. So, I since travel

lots for work, and moved in with my parents, cause they live much

closer to the airport than I did... I started cooking my vegetarian

food, and can you believe my parents started eat all the food I was

cooking?? Ha ha! Guess I have, 2 more.. Anyway, I was doing all these

stir fry veggies, but the 3 of us are a little tired of that. So it was

a blessing to find this group..

Welcome Chris, You have definately come to the right place. You will find that

you reqret that people only eat 3 times a day because of all the wonderful

recipies you want to try. You will want to cook 4 or 5 times a day.
