Bread Machine Oat Bran Bread – High Fiber

 

1 cup Water

1/4 cup Apple Juice Concentrate, thawed

2 tsp Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Liquid Lecithin (may use additional oil instead)

1 tsp Salt

2-2/3 cups Flour

3/4 cup Oat Bran

1-3/4 tsp Yeast

 

 

 

Place in bread machine and bake on the basic yeast cycle.

Makes a 1-1/2 lb loaf
