Hi, not only am I new to the group, my family is new to eating

vegetarian. I had feared my options would be limited and boring. I

have an 8 year old and 6 year old, and have been concerned about

switching their diets. I know they will be eating healthier on a

vegetarian diet, but I was concerned with them accepting the change. I

am thrilled after reading some of your reciepes! I think I can pull it

off... thanks.

into different catagories with many subfolders within a catogory. They are all

tried and true recipes.

You'll never run out of recipes to add a great variety to your meals there.

products are listed under " For New Vegetarians " along with lots of other great

info. You can use many of these products in your favorite recipes. We love

these products.

 

I am 3rd generation vegetarian and raising a 4th.
