Guest guest
My recipe called for rubbed sage. Is that a certain type of dried sage or is it fresh. What does rubbed mean? Thanks in advance for any feedback, Gene ______________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Dried sage comes either ground or rubbed; the rubbed sage still has a bit of texture left in it, while the ground sage is uniformly powdered. They both taste the same.
