1 1/3 cups finely crumbled Zwieback crackers

3 tablespoons reduced-fat margarine

1 tablespoon water

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cracker

crumbs, margarine,

water, and cinnamon, mixing thoroughly.

 

Spread the mixture evenly into a 10-inch pie pan. Press the mixture firmly onto

the sides and

bottom of the pan.

 

Bake the pie shell for 8 to 10 minutes. You can refrigerate it after baking

until ready to use.
