Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes. Strain broth. Makes 2 quarts (8 one-cup servings). One cup serving: Calories 29; Total Fat 0g (sat fat 0g); Fiber 2g; Carbs 7g; Chol 0mg; Protein 1g; Sodium 13mg. ChupaNote: this is pretty bland. Next time I'll zip it up with more garlic, onions, some salt, and a good dose of red pepper flakes.
