Hello. I am looking for new simple ideas for meals. My husband is

vegetarian, I'm not but I don't eat as much meat as I used to because

I'm to lazy to make it just for myself. So anyways, our meals usually

consist of either burritos (Heinz vegie beans, lettuce, tomato,

cheese, ranch dressing) Quesadillas (black beans, cheese, salsa, sour

cream), some kind of pasta alfredo type dish with steamed vegies,

french bread pizza (I've been adding artichoke hearts to my half

lately). This has been like this for the past 10 years and I am

getting a little tired of it. The thing is I try new things sometimes

and he usually doesn't like it. He has very sensitive tastbuds, so no

pepper or overyly spicy things. He doesn't even like a variety of

vegies in one dish (I've almoso given up with stirfrys). So I am on a

mission to try new things he might like. Myself, I'm not picky I can

eat almost anything.

Talk to you all later,

Terri

Hi,

The many types vegeburgers, vegetarian pizza and marinated tofu found

at health food stores are a quick an easy vegetarian meal for me. The

frozen food section of your local health food store would be a great

place to look.

There is also a huge amount of great information on the vegetarian

diet, cookbooks, etc.

I have also found http://www.earthwizard.com/vegetarian_5768.htm to be

a really good resource.

Good Luck!
