1 clove garlic -- sliced

Cut the roasted red pepper into several pieces, and combine with the wine

vinegar, garlic, and

salt in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.

 

 

Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
