Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring continuously, until the nut butter softens and melts into the juice. Stir the remaining juice into the sauce and continue to cook and stir until the sauce starts to simmer. Simmer gently, continuing to stir, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and creamy. Serve immediately, or store for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Rewarm over low heat. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
