Just remember that you do have to have a large bowl to mix it all in.... Hummingbird Cake Ingredients: 3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 c. vegetable oil ¾ cup applesauce 1 ½ tsp vanilla 8 oz can crushed pineapple - undrained 2 cups bananas - crushed 2 cups pecans - chopped Method: Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & cinnamon into LARGE bowl. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, pineapple, bananas, & nuts. Stir by hand until mixed. DO NOT BEAT!! Pour into a 10 " tube pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 min.
