Guest guest Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 French Vinegar à la Provençale 1 sprig fresh rosemary 2 bay leaves 1 sprig fresh thyme 1 sprig fresh savory 1 sprig fresh lavender 1 sprig fresh marjoram 4 garlic cloves 1 hot red pepper 1 pint white wine vinegar Sterilize a glass bottle. Insert spices in bottle. Add vinegar. Let the mixture rest in a dark cabinet or closet for at least a month.
