Guest guest Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 * Exported from MasterCook * Slow Cooker Veggie Spaghetti - 5 pts Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 8 hrs cooking time LowFat (Less than 30%) Slow Cooker Veggie WW Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 green pepper -- chopped 1 zucchini -- cubed 1 small onion -- diced 8 oz fresh mushrooms -- sliced 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 large jar spaghetti sauce -- (or use your own from scratch) 1/4 cup sliced olives -- Kalamata or whatever you have. 1 tsp oregano -- dried 1 tsp garlic salt 1 package spinach noodles -- (16 oz.) Put everything except noodles in a crock pot for 6-8 hours on low. Cook noodles and drain. Pour sauce over cooked noodles.
