1 green pepper -- chopped

1 zucchini -- cubed

1 small onion -- diced

8 oz fresh mushrooms -- sliced

2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large jar spaghetti sauce -- (or use

your own from scratch)

1/4 cup sliced olives -- Kalamata or

whatever you have.

1 tsp oregano -- dried

1 tsp garlic salt

1 package spinach noodles -- (16 oz.)

 

Put everything except noodles in a crock pot for 6-8

hours on low.

Cook noodles and drain.

Pour sauce over cooked noodles.

ChupaNote: Forget the the garlic salt. Use the real

stuff: 1 teaspoon roasted minced prepared garlic.

Don't salt until the last hour of cooking. Clean out

the fridge use whatever is there. This is the recipe I

like to toss cheese rinds into. You get the taste of

cheese, and clean out your fridge/freezer.
