I did Earth Fest a few years ago and Tonya the owner

of The Spot Vegetarian rest. cooked up many of her

recipes and I sold the food, we sold out in a snap and

she had to rush back to the resturant with her crew

and make more. 75% of the customers were

non-vegetarians. I love this cookbook and you can get

it from Amazon.com Get a new copy, you will have it

for years to come.

I went right to Amazon and ordered a copy. Thanks for the recommendation! The

restaurant looks fab on the website, too. Too bad I live in Florida.
