I leave the tomatoes out because It doesnt taste right to me with the tomatoes so I left it basic. Makes: 8 servings Ingredients: a.. 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil b.. 3 cups broccoli, chopped c.. 3 garlic cloves, minced d.. 1/4-teaspoon red pepper flakes e.. 3/4 cup canned tomatoes, crushed Directions: a.. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. b.. Sauté broccoli, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. c.. Add tomatoes. d.. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Nutritional Information: a.. Serving Size: 1 cup b.. Calories: 50 c.. Fat: 1 g d.. Cholesterol: 0 mg e.. Protein: 3 g f.. Carbohydrates: 8 g g.. Fiber: 3 g h..
