Guest guest
If you like a milder version, use canned chili peppers, they are very mild, cut into pieces (about 1 1/2 " , lay on top of a chinese wrap along with a piece of cheese. Roll up on the diagonal and seal the tip with a droplet of water. Then deep fry. YUMMMMM Never served them to anyone who didn't like them. --- Jenn Bartimus <jlbart74 wrote: > Jalapeno Poppers #2 > Im not much for Jalepeno peppers but my hubby loves > these. > > 3/4 cup fine, dry bread crumbs > 1 Tbsp paprika > 3 (12-ounce ) jars whole pickled jalapeno peppers > 1 (8-ounce ) pkg. reduced fat cream cheese, softened > 1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese, grated > 1/2 cup egg substitute > > Combine bread crumbs and paprika in a small bowl, > set aside. > Split peppers down one side, cutting to but not > through each > end.
