I am Mom to many as helped in 34 years to raise about 125 kids. Yes I said 125... and only two left at home we chosen to adopt permentally and they both have issues that require lots of thinking ahead and planning.. I cook for many with many different issues and one thing I need to learn more about is cooking with lower fats, less meats and alot more veggies. So decided why not join in and find some that might help make some serious meal changes and have fun doing so. so again I thnak you for allowing me to join you.
