Assuming that you are getting fairly well-balanced meals (carbs, protein,

some fats, veggies, fruit), I would guess that your fatigue may be related to

something else.

Change is stressful, however, and you have just made a HUGE change to your

life; while it is a good change, it involves a daily decision that may be

somewhat difficult. And stress is fatiguing. (I was exhausted for a year after

quitting smoking.)

I've been a vegetarian since ~1975 (minus 1983) and I still occasionally

have a dream where it turns out that Horror of Horrors, I ate some meat

knowingly. (I have cigarette dreams too, though I quit 15 or more years ago.)

I'm

vegetarian for ethical & ecological reasons, so it would be a huge horror if I

ate meat. But these dreams indicate that there may still be some sort of

B12 isn't necessarily well-absorbed orally (some people need injections). I

sort of doubt it would cause horrible fatigue this early though. Make sure

are still a bit sketchy on nutrition and you probably know more yourself at

this point than they do about life w/o animal flesh. A dietician is a better

bet

(not always) but getting the visit paid for by insurance is not always an

option.

Wishing you the best!

The only thing bothering me is that I've been unbelievably tired. I

read that vegetarians need B12 if they are not eating meat. I began
