Guest guest
Hello everyone Seeing how I am new at being a vegetarian, I figured I would ask for a little help in defining what kind of vegetarian I am exactly. I don't drink cow's milk or eat red meat, or butter ever. I rarely eat cheese, eggs, yogurt, fish, or chicken. Since converting to vegetarianism, I've had to increase my intake of vegetables and fruits. I'm also trying to get into eating organic foods as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
