Guest guest
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies It says ungreased cookie sheet.. I spray mine or else they never come up with any cookie I make.. I was looking for a soft peanut butter cookie recipe.. This was as close as I could get.. Hubby liked them so its a keeper for next year or maybe through out the year if he wants more.. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon Vanilla Mix all ingredients together. If you find the dough a bit cumbly, add water one tablespoon at a time until dough comes together. Rolla into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Gently press each cookie with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Makes 20 to 24 cookies. Cookies will keep up to 5 days in an airtight container..
