I think taste and presentation are everything. If you

kindly offer the meat eaters are curious and 90% of

them will give your dish a try.

I have to make these soon! That was a great feedback

you gave us.

I am very open to everyone about being a vegetarian, I

don't go into detail but I'm very happy to answer any

questions and I have given our link to so many

non-vegetarians because they want recipes, know of

vegetarians they want to pass it to, etc. As long as

you aren't pushy they are very accepting and believe

it or not, many end up vegetarians down the line.
