Guest guest
I took the Asian " meat " balls to a family gathering today with a little sign that said " vegetarian " . Several of the meat eaters gathered up their courage and tried them. What a surprise. They tasted good. What do they think we vegetarians eat if not good tasting food? Someone even commented that they had a nicer texture than the meat ones. Yeah!!! I had to email the recipe to 3 family members. We have a foster grandson who suffers from Foetal Alcohol Syndrome. He is a really picky eater but he couldn't get enough of the " meat " balls. My picky vegetarian granddaughter also wanted the recipe. It's easy enough to make for herself at University. Another granddaughter has a vegetarian friend and the only thing she ever serves her is veggie lasagna. Now she can surprise her with something new and exciting. I will be making these again as DH says they are delicious. Can I be winning with him??? I sure hope so. ( ) ( __ c\_/ Audrey
