Guest guest Posted December 26, 2007 Report Share Posted December 26, 2007 Sesame Broccoli Ingredients 1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli, or 1 head fresh broccoli cut into florets 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons white vinegar 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds Instructions Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions. If using fresh broccoli, cook for 2 to 3 minutes in boiling water. In small saucepan, combine canola oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is hot. Drain broccoli. Place in serving bowl. Drizzle with soy sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serving quantity: Serves 4.
