I am new to your group

have just joined at the recommendation of a friend in another group. She

had such nice things to say about how things are handled here. I am not a

total vegetarian but my son-in-law is (and tells us he is now going to move

to vegan). Since I do a lot of the cooking for our multi-generational

family, I want to find ways to cook good and special things for him. We do

eat a lot of vegetarian dishes but I have not tried cooking vegan before.

I can't imagine how I will learn to make things without eggs and milk. So

I am here to learn and probably have some nice vegetarian recipes to share

also. I have a Mexican Polenta Pie my SIL just loves. I will dig it out

and send it along.
