need tried and true killer recipe for baked tofu! Melissa

Hi Melissa:

 

To get a good texture with tofu you need to freeze, defrost and then press

the liquid out. To press the tofu I usually wrap it in a few layers of paper

towel place in a pan then cover it with a cutting board and then a weight, I

let it sit for 30-45 minutes. When this is done I slice it about 1/4 inch

thick and then you can marinate and bake or bread it and bake.

Ahhh freezing it. I pressed it, but didn't freeze and thaw. Will do

that this time for whichever recipe I make.
