Guest guest Posted December 21, 2007 Report Share Posted December 21, 2007 Spicy Beans 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 onions, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 4 stlks celery, chopped 8 oz. tomato sauce 1 15oz can pinto beans, drained 2 T hot sauce 1 T horseradish 6 T worcestershire sauce 1 T ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoon thyme 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 2 pinches sage parsley 3 cups cooked brown rice Saute garlic, onion, pepper and celery until soft. Add tomato sauce, beans, hot sauce, horseradish & worcestershire. Stir and simmer 10 mins. Add cumin, thyme, cayenne, sage and parsley. Blend well and simmer another 5 mins.
