Guest guest Posted December 20, 2007 Report Share Posted December 20, 2007 Garlic Sauteed Spinach and Onions - Diabetic Source: Fast and Simple Diabetes Menus Author: Betty Wedman-St. Louis, Ph.D., R.D., C.N.S. 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp butter or margarine 3 c chopped fresh spinach leaves, stems removed 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced Heat olive oil and butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add spinach, onion, and garlic. Saute until spinach is limp and tender. Serve hot. Makes 2 Servings.
