Yes, after the dough firms in the fridge. You can either roll into

logs and slice (the easy way) or break the ball into four pieces. Use

one piece at time, refrigerating the rest. Roll out each piece (one

piece at a time) about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick (depending on

whether you want a crisper or softer cookie), and use cutters.

 

Roll in sesame seeds before placing on cookie sheet.
