Tahini Mint Sauce - 2g carbs, 1g

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Tahini -- (sesame seed paste)

1 small Garlic clove -- minced and

mashed to a paste with a pinch of salt

2 tablespoons Minced fresh mint leaves

2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice

1/8 teaspoon Cayenne

 

 

 

In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the tahini,

the garlic paste, the mint, the lime juice, and the

cayenne. Serve the sauce with [favorites] or

vegetables.

 

Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
