Orange Tahini Sauce - 4 pts, 10g carbs,

1 1/4 cups Orange Juice

1 cup Tahini

2 Cloves Garlic -- Minced

1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander

1 dash Black Pepper -- freshly ground

 

 

 

Combine orange juice, tahini and garlic in a food

processor; puree. Pour into saucepan, stir in

coriander and heat. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

Variations: add 1 tbsp poppy seeds add 1 tbsp soy

sauce add a dash of cayenne pepper.

 

Makes 2 1/4 cups (9 quarter cup servings)
