Guest guest
The welcome file said to post an intro email. I have decided to go back to vegetarianism after ten years away from it. In my twenties and in my thirties I tried vegetarianism, each time for a year and a half. I was not into cooking then so mostly ate cheese, bread, and stir fry. I never really learned about amino acid balancing. Now into my 40s, I've been back into vegetarianism for 2 weeks and have been doing some cooking. I hope to learn recipes and also tidbits of information on nutrition for vegetarians. It seems to me that there are a lot more options in restaurants and grocery stores for vegetarians now than there were ten and twenty years ago - although when I lived out in Seattle years ago there were lots and lots of choices! (After Seattle I moved to Texas and where I lived the " vegetarian plate " in restaurants consisted of things like fried okra, cole slaw, and over boiled corn!) I look forward to reading all your posts! Susan Oklahoma
