Guest guest
I did a strict macrobiotic diet for 2 years and I thought it was a drag. I follow some of the philosophy to this day but overall it was very boring, time consuming to balance and I finally gave up, I feel the best I have ever felt in my life on a well balanced vegetarian diet. You can try it and see what you think also analyze what is going on in your life amd also are you bored eating the same old foods day in and day out that have made you and made you feel blah?
