HI

HERE ARE SOME OF MY FAVOURITES AS STARTERS.

 

1.Pan sauted cucumber and tomato slices touched with balsamic vinegar and garlic

paste on bliniss or pita bread.

 

2.Mixture of crumbled Cottage cheese,fine chopped onion,fine chopped cilantro

moistened with lemon juice on toasted bread.

 

3.Baked beans in tomato sauce mixed with golden sauted onion and sauted garlic

served on mini indian bread/mini fajita bread rollled.

 

4.Corn kernnel mixed with tiny dices of green peppers,red peppers,carrots and

white radish sauted warm,then cooled and

moistened with wasabi and sour cream.Served on japanese rice crackers.

 

5.Mini Pizas with toppings like a)chopped olives & pickled pearl onion b)mix

fine chopped sauted veg.c)fine chopped sauted onion and

Rocca leaves.

 

6.Preserved Baby Wine leaves stuffed with a cold rice,mushroom,pimento,chopped

nuts and ketchup dressed salad.

 

7.Thin long rolls of leafy or fleshy vegetables that have been sauted,seasoned

,stuffed with fine chopped parsley,cilantro,tomatoes,nuts
