SUMMER MANGO LIME VINAIGRETTE

1 ripe mango -- peeled and

chopped

1/4 cup lime juice

1 cup sunflower oil

1 Tb. sea salt

1/2 cup agave or other sweetener

1 tsp. fresh ginger -- grated

 

Combine all ingrediants. Let sit for 10 mins at room

service before serving.
