BASIC BULGUR

1 cup bulgur

2 cups broth or water

 

 

 

Add bulgur to boiling liquid; simmer in covered pot

for about 12 minutes

or until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.

 

OR: Simply bring bulgur and liquid to a boil then let

the bulgur sit in a

covered pot for about 25 minutes until all liquid is

absorbed. Fluff with

a fork.
