I eat a variety of healthy foods so I'm sure I'm not lacking. 2 times a week I drink an Emer Gen C packet. This is an excellent way to take them so you do not take more than what is needed. Not a problem but the system just 'washes them right down the drain'.LOL (urinary and fecal elimination). Depending on what I am eating at the time I might not take mine for several days. As an example if I have an abundance of fruits and veggies with C vit. no sense in taking extra C. In the winter months with lack of sunshine our bodies need more D vit. etc. I also take colodial minerals maybe once a month. But I do take Flax seed oil daily and started trying 'Limu' daily. My daughter gave me a bottle to try. Once we become attuned to our bodies we can tell right away what we need. And not every thing works well for all of us.
