Padma's Chili Honey Butter - Indian

1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cayenne

Salt to taste

 

 

 

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender

(or just by hand with a fork or whisk) until it forms

a smooth sauce. Spoon into plastic container and keep

covered in refrigerator.

 

Makes 1 cup.
