I love either kidney beans or garbanzo beans on my salad. I pour some of the

broth out of the can over the salad for my dressing. It is Yummo and makes it

so much more filling. I sprikle the Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning on it to.

Add some Baco Bits and a little grated cheese and you have a very filling meal.
